Shipping policy

Greenery market currently ships to the United States and Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order in house before it ships. During peak holiday season this time frame may be extended up to 4 business days.  

Shipping and handling costs in the continental United States are currently $10.95-$13.95 for any order under $100 depending which zone you are in and your order total. Anything over $100 ships for FREE. Free shipping is automatically applied in your cart if your order is over $100 after discounts.

For speed and accuracy of order processing, all orders will be shipped as purchased.  Greenery market can not change, cancel, or combine orders once the order is placed.  In very rare instances we may combine an order if we find it as we are packing but we cannot guarantee that will happen. Please be sure to purchase everything you need in one order.  Combining orders is not efficient or accurately effective for our staff. Accuracy is our number one priority when shipping. 

All FREE SHIPPING must be sent to a regular mailing address. PO boxes or DHL boxes most likely will have additional charges. We currently use UPS for all large boxes and UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. We will contact you for additional charges or a different address if necessary. Please use a regular physical mailing address on your orders to avoid long delays in shipping your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada - shipping will be an estimate during checkout. If we need to adjust your shipping cost due to UPS fees being $15 more than what the website quoted we will call or email you to send an invoice. Please always add your phone number to your order in case we need to reach you. Duties and taxes are not included on your total and will be due upon delivery. We do not collect the taxes, duties, and import fees during checkout.
